Venue Regulations
Brighton & Hove Business stage events throughout the year in a number of partners venues. It is the responsibility of both exhibitors and visitors to make themselves familiar and comply with the venues rules and regulations, various updated requests and the event management requests at all times. Exhibitors/visitors may be asked to leave if they do not.
Business Events Specific Regulations / Exhibitors Terms and Conditions
Brighton & Hove Business provide specific exhibiting terms and conditions when booking business show stand space. These should be read and adhered to at all times. The event management have the right to refuse entry or ask businesses to leave if they fail to adhere to requests.
Lost Property
Brighton & Hove Business does not accept liability for any loss or damage to any article belonging to any user of the venues.
Litter
In accordance with our sustainability policy, exhibitors at events have to take home their litter accumulated; exhibitors will be billed for clearance of litter and failing to comply.
Low Carbon Economy
Brighton and Hove Business are zero-rated low carbon economy firm and ask exhibitors and visitors to comply with sustainability requests including minimising rubbish, reducing car journeys and energy costs associated with getting to and from the venue. Mobile Phones
Brighton & Hove Business use mobile phones for visitor and exhibitor admission and entry to selected events eliminating paper useage wherever they can. However, there is a strict policy of ‘ NO PHOTOGRAPHY’ including by the use of mobile phones. Exhibitors at our events have the right to imagery prior to the opening of the event only photographing their stand space. Legal action will be taken of anyone attempting to infringe Brighton & Hove Business and their invited third parties.

Services offered by third party contractors are highlighted prior to booking and/or charges being made for those services. Brighton & Hove Business cannot be held responsible for any failure of those services, changes to, compliance issues, descriptive or other such kind of failings which is out of their juristriction.

No unauthorised use may be made without the owners’ permission.

Protection of Brand & Image
No photography, filming, podcasting audios may be taken at events (whether staged privately or public events ) without the prior written permission of the event management.

Entrance to most Brighton & Hove Business events are by online pre-registration process and Brighton & Hove Business is no exception; visitors and exhibitors are requested to provide their email addresses and mobile phone numbers to gain entrance. These details are not passed to third parties for marketing purposes but only to enagage admission procedures, and processed in line with guidelines provided by The Information Commissioners Office and The Data Protection Act 1998 and subsequent amendments.
Admission Policy

- This event is free for admission to business visitors
- Some parts of the event may be chargeable and conditions will be placed on the appropriate website prior to admission.
- Late registrations may cause small additional fees to be charged for entrance by visitors.
- Business cards may be required on occasions as proof for admittance to events.
- Those aged under 16 years of age are not permitted to business events due to business insurance reasons.

Event Insurance
Brighton & Hove Business provide employers and public liability and event management cover including Cancellation & Abandonment, Property Damage and Legal Liability with Hiscox Insurance Group and request that exhibitors also provide exhibitors insurance cover.
